Probably the single most used excuse to explain why people can’t work out is “time”.
“I don’t have time to go to the gym, so I can’t work out.”
Many other would like to disagree with this.
How do I know? Because there are literally millions of workout videos that you can purchase and watch on your TV at your house. Better yet, they are short and require minimal equipment.
They cover every exercise program from yoga to kickboxing to maternity exercises.
And they are all things that you can do in your living room.
But beyond that, there are even more millions of videos and programs that you can find and follow online.
And again, everyone can be done in the comfort of your own home.
You may not have time, or you may not be willing or able to make time to go to the gym or to go for a run in the mornings, but you can definitely wake up 30 minutes early and get fairly intense home workout in.
